Dr. Maw received both his Bachelors of Science and M.D. degrees from the University of Iowa.
Dr. Maw holds multiple medical licenses and more than a dozen specific certifications. In the past he has been given academic appointments at the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary and at Harvard Medical School. He is a member of over a half-dozen professional medical societies, including the American Academy of Ophthalmologists and American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons.
Dr. Maw has authored or co-authored numerous lectures, presentations, abstracts, and papers.
